How can I tell if my Avalon charger is working ?

• A working Aavalon charger will significantly heat up when charging.
• If your charger does not heat up then most likely it is not working.
• Steady green light – does not signify anything.
• Flashing green light – means indicates the battery is charged and so the charger is working.

My Avalon Clipper is not working and I do not know what the fault is ?
